The service was bad, and my room was dirty. The sheets had been used and not changed, with hair on the blanket, sheets, and pillows. The bathroom was worse: the shower was broken, so I had to use a bucket, and the toilet wouldn’t flush because its button was broken. It felt more like an empty building than a hotel. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I gave up on the money I’d paid after booking too quickly through Agoda, then went looking for somewhere else.

Room 7 was in bad shape, and the service wasn't good either. The air conditioner only blew hot air, and both it and the TV were dead, with no replacement remote available. The toilet wouldn't flush, so we had to use a dipper. There were no towels or bath mat, and the room smelled unpleasant. It was dirty under the mattress, with cigarette butts left by previous guests. The toilet also had plenty of old shampoo and soap residue. I was surprised to find the parking was paid, a first for me at a hotel. We booked through RedDoorz, but there weren't any RedDoorz properties there at all.
