The innkeeper was friendly, and the atmosphere was quiet. At 150,000 a night, though, I expected better cleanliness. The room ceiling was still being repainted, the toilet was a bit dirty, the cupboard needed repairs, and there was no TV broadcast. The place is in the hallway. For around 125,000, I'd expect TV and a clean bathroom; given the facilities and condition, I think the rate should be closer to 100,000. If they fix things up and keep the place clean, it could be good.

The photos make the room look much better than what you actually get. Mine was dirty, with grimy drawers that seemed never to have been cleaned and badly worn sheets. The bathroom wasn't tiled, the room leaked, and there was no fridge or hot water. The old AC remote was broken, there were no toiletries or trash can, and the TV only worked over Wi-Fi that kept cutting out. This doesn't meet RedDoorz standards. The staff were rude too, and clearly haven't been taught basic manners. Plenty of cheaper, better places are available, so I'd avoid staying here.

I came to the property after booking through Agoda and talking with the owner using contact information listed on Maps. I paid the room price by transfer, then the hotel asked me to send another transfer for a security deposit. The owner said it would be returned in cash if nothing was damaged. When I questioned this, the owner said there had been an Agoda app error and wanted to refund my booking so my money could be returned. After a long argument, I went there in person and found out the hotel had changed owners a few months earlier. The listing still had the wrong information, including the owner's WhatsApp number. The place itself is comfortable, and I only want to help improve the hotel's reputation as someone who has stayed there. If you want to book, go to the property in person, and remember that the current owner isn't the same as before.

We were very disappointed. The app listed breakfast, but there wasn't any, and a promise to refill something at 7 in the morning wasn't kept either. We left at 9. When the electricity went out at around 3 a.m., that was the worst part. None of the taps worked. The towels were dirty, the pillowcases smelled, and the room on the first floor had dried urine stains that still smelled worse than the dirty bed with bloodstains we'd found on the third floor. We'd asked for the first floor from the start, but staff said no one was available. RedDoorz should check its hotels' quality regularly.
