There was no breakfast, but the room was very nice and had hot water. I paid 330,000 Rupiah for a deluxe room on the second floor.

The shower didn't work properly: water came out of the pipe instead of the shower head. I reported it before leaving in the morning and hoped it would be fixed by the time I got back late that night, but it still wasn't. I also requested room cleaning, which wasn't done. Service felt very poor, and communication with guests needs a lot of work. For a place called a hotel, it didn't meet expectations. The room didn't justify the price, especially given the cleanliness and toilet quality. I hope the owner of T-One Jambi takes this seriously and checks maintenance and service quality regularly.

I was in room 214, which oddly had two rooms, and the AC got cold. The bathroom was clean enough and the Wi-Fi worked well. There seems to be room to improve the hotel's systems, including how damage and other information can be reported.
