The rooms are clean and comfortable, with air conditioning, hot water, TV, Wi-Fi, and plenty of parking. Just be aware there’s no reception, which can make a late-night arrival awkward. The owner said they no longer work with RedDoorz.

They gave me no towels, then the water was shut off in the middle of the night. I had to wait until 5 a.m. I wouldn’t stay here, especially if all you need is a quick nap.

I’ve stayed here just once, and it’s a guesthouse. After the long trip from Jakarta, I got there at 3 a.m. and had to bang on the door for an hour before someone finally came out. I’d already paid through the app, but they told me there was no room and said they weren’t responsible. I had to look for another guesthouse in the middle of the night and lose the money I’d paid on tiket.com. REDDROZ SYARIAH NEAR JAMBI CITY! Such a bad experience.

The water flow was weak, and the AC didn’t cool the room enough.
