With only a few rooms, it’s a lovely quiet place to unwind and take in the nature around you. You really get that feeling like the whole universe is yours. I’d happily come back next time.

We stayed in Room N1🦉, which had the best view, and the new cabins felt cozy after our Jatiluwih trek. The mattress and sheets were great. They have three cabins now and expect to open two more in the coming months. Breakfast comes with fruit and fresh juice, and you can pick Indonesian food, eggs, or pancakes. It was a generous meal, though I think Bali coffee should be included. There’s a kettle in the room. The place is a minute’s scooter ride up the hill from the main road. Staff were very polite and made sure we had what we needed. I’d recommend it and would visit again.

The huts have a warm wooden smell and each one faces a slightly different way, which gives a nice sense of privacy. They sit among rice fields and jungle, and I really liked the feeling of the place. It’s mostly quiet, though you can hear a little distant traffic along with the crickets. There are lovely waterfalls with swimming ponds nearby, including one across the road at padi bali resto. The huts have hot water and Wi-Fi, though the connection depends on which hut you’re in. Breakfast is either continental or Indonesian, and was good.

A really nice place, and you can pick guava fruit there too.

Beautiful rice terraces.
