Horison Jayapura

The breakfast spread was incredibly inclusive, with choices like a 5 star hotel, and the customer service was the best we've seen anywhere in the world. My husband and I stayed here in February 2023, and meeting Horizon's general manager, Mr. Widiasmoro, was a real privilege. They even arranged a nice driver and car for us. Thanks to everyone, we'll be back! On a 5 star scale, this gets 10 stars.

The staff were helpful, and there was a good range of breakfast options. I enjoyed my one-night stay here on a business trip. My room was clean and spacious, though it got a little hot at noon. Thank you.

Parking is very limited, and the food was just like home cooking, okay to eat but nothing special. Still, it's a clean, nice place in Jayapura's business district, with a shopping market, bank, souvenir shop, travel agency, and pharmacy all within walking distance. There were several meeting rooms, but the partitions between them weren't soundproof.

I stayed in the Horison Suite, which had a big room and nice amenities. It came with a microwave, work desk, toaster, refrigerator, bathtub, and a second small bathroom. The food was good, and the room was comfortable. One of Jayapura's best hotels, on the main road in the city center.
