The service and location were fantastic, but the room itself needs attention. The furniture is quite old, and cleanliness was poor, especially in the toilet. I hope management takes these maintenance issues seriously.

There’s no elevator, so choose a first-floor room if you’d rather not struggle with your luggage. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, and breakfast is served from 7 a.m. Being right in the city center also made it easy for us to find food and snacks.

After spending the day at Mandeh Sea Park and Carocok Beach, it was really comfortable to come back and stay at Triza. The best hotel I’ve stayed at in Painan City, Pesisir Selatan, West Sumatera.

It’s about 10 minutes from Carocok beach, and for a low to mid-range price, this is the place I’d recommend in Painan. The building still wasn’t finished, but the hotel was clean and comfortable.

Big room, massive bed, and a clean bathroom with soap and towels provided. Breakfast is buffet-style. The Wi-Fi was slow in the room but fast in the lobby. Lovely staff, and there’s an awesome fish in the hallway. 25000.
