The staff were very friendly, the AC worked well, and I slept comfortably. They also have 24-hour room service. We ordered fried rice at 1 am and it was available, which was fantastic. The breakfast menu was limited, but I tried everything, even the donut, and it all tasted good. The lobby, room, and bathroom all feel old-fashioned. On our second day the shower pressure was low, the phone was broken, and the TV was tiny. At this price, I wasn’t expecting much.

The parking area was nearly full each night, and without security to manage it, people parked messily. The pool was surprisingly small, and its depth didn’t give me enough room to swim freestyle freely. The toilet and shower area is also very narrow, too small for most Indonesians. I expected the rooms and service to be cleaner and better finished.

The room was nice, the breakfast buffet was really good, and the service was good, though not very fast. We almost got stuck in the lift going from the second floor to the first. It wasn’t a high floor, but it still gave us a shock, haha. Please get that lift fixed!

We stayed in the Diamond Suite for my birthday, and the pool was nice. I was even served a cappuccino poolside. We also had a big dinner here with 18 people to celebrate my wife's birthday.

We were upgraded to the Premium Suite for free, which was much appreciated. The hotel also has three ballrooms that can be used for meetings, conferences, and similar events, with room for 50 to 500 people.
