Being able to step straight from my pool access room into the pool was a highlight, and the restaurant was easy to get to as well. Jimbaran Beach is only a few steps away, and the location made getting to the ocean so convenient. My room was spacious and comfortable, clean, and had complete, well-kept facilities. I booked through a third-party site and picked the wrong dates by mistake. The hotel replied quickly when I contacted them and fixed the booking without any hassle. Everyone I met on staff was warm, attentive, and professional. They also had my room ready early and let me check in before the official time, which I really appreciated after traveling. The spa was relaxing and reasonably priced. Breakfast had a good range of options, and I enjoyed the coffee. For a four-star hotel, it met my expectations, and the price seemed fair for the quality and location. I was very satisfied with the service, room, pool access, and beach proximity, and would gladly recommend staying here.

We stayed several nights during the rainy low season and mostly ate at the restaurant, which we enjoyed. The hotel has laundry service on site, and transport was always available. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were large and comfortable. The small hotel also has a beautiful, clean pool. Jimbaran is quieter for tourism at that time of year, but a cheap taxi into Kuta makes shopping easy. It’s about a 15-minute ride to the airport, so it works well as a first or last stop.

We really appreciated how much the staff helped us, especially when my boyfriend got sick the night before checkout. They brought us tea and arranged a late checkout, and seemed to be thinking about what would help us. Thank you so much! The hotel is close to the airport, and it also has a wonderful pool and breakfast. I’d recommend it to anyone.

We had a lovely stay. The rooms were clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the breakfasts and lunches were good. There’s a pool in the courtyard, and the place is near both the beach and the town center.

I stayed at Anja Jimbaran for nine nights from 30th September 3024, and it was the worst experience I’ve had in all my years of traveling. After the first night I had a sore throat, then a high fever and a bad cough. The room felt damp, and I don’t think the air conditioner had been cleaned. I aired the bedding outside every day, but only on the final night did I discover it was covered in mold. Please see the photo below. It explains why I got sick.
