We felt at home right away and have loved our time here. The facilities and service are excellent, with everything we could wish for. The whole team has been polite, attentive and genuinely kind, giving the place a real family feel. Manu deserves a special mention. He’s always helpful, polite and very kind, and he understands children remarkably well. On a short buggy ride, my tired and fussy daughter was soon smiling and cheerful. After that, she looked forward to seeing him every day. We simply love it here.

The food delivery setup was the problem: Grab drivers had to leave orders at the front security entrance, and it could take about an hour for staff to bring them to the residences. Staff were no help and didn't even try to sort it out. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Getting around the property by cart worked well, and the facilities felt new and were very clean. The food was pretty good, though breakfast arrived late and the portions were fairly small. On-site restaurants are expensive for Bali, while the food quality is only average.
