The room was so bad that we booked and left the same day. It was very dirty and poorly maintained: mold covered the ceiling, the toilet hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived, the mold smell was extremely strong, and the AC didn’t work. The host was reluctant to cancel our booking. After we sent Airbnb photos of the room, they refunded the full amount immediately, so we were able to leave that day. This was by far the worst accommodation we found on Bali.
The rooms were very dirty and in poor condition. The air conditioning seemed never to have been cleaned, and when we switched it on, dust blew into the room. The shower room smelled really bad.
Cimarron is a nice place to stay, comfortable and clean. It’s away from the main road, so it’s a good spot to rest.
The service could be better. At certain times of year, bugs might get into the room.
I’ve been staying here for a month, and so far it’s been good.
