The restaurant team was especially attentive and welcoming. Their supervisor kept helping out so everything ran smoothly. Great job. The hotel has good service and hospitality, and it’s a good place for a staycation.

What made this visit special was Tommy remembering us from our stay last September and asking about our sons’ matches the next morning. Our trips to Blitar are always meaningful because the boys keep winning karate competitions here, and Hotel Santika Blitar has become our family’s go-to. When we arrived, Tommy was quick to help us check in, bring our luggage up, and park the car in the basement. It’s thoughtful gestures like that which make a stay feel special. This is one of Indonesia’s largest hotel chains, and Hotel Santika always gives us an extraordinary overnight experience. Great job, Tommy. Well done, Hotel Santika Blitar 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The rooms were spacious, and the facilities were in great shape. I was so happy to spend two nights at Santika Blitar. It felt like being at home, with the same friendly staff and great service I’ve had at other Santika Hotels in different cities. The food was amazing too, especially the local dishes and Jamu.

There was water near the pool from the time I arrived, and I slipped on it and broke my ankle. Hotel staff cleaned it up only after I’d fallen. L hotel.

Breakfast was tasty enough, and the facilities were all good, including the AC, Smart TV, Net, and bathrooms. The room was nicely decorated and clean. It’s close to the city and train station. I think people will choose this hotel if it keeps up its service.
