The villas were well maintained, and it’s a good option if you’re after somewhere quiet and private in Bali. There are facilities and activities like yoga and crossfit for people into fitness, though we didn’t get to try them because we had tours booked. Our tours often ran into the morning, so we’d get back late and need dinner late too. The hotel food was okay, but we wanted more choices. Restaurants are very limited, especially late in the evening. You’ll need a rented motorcycle or a grab car, which can take a while to arrive, often around 15mins for us. Grabfood is another option. We appreciated the packed food for our early tours and flight. Breakfast starts at 7am, and there’s no buffet. We had a small issue with one frontdesk staff member, who could improve his communication and customer service. It was a good stay, though I can’t honestly call it a five star resort.

We came as part of a holiday package, and the stay was much better than I expected. The staff were so welcoming and genuinely nice, and their smiles made us feel at home. The rooms were excellent and clean, the hotel food was very good quality, and the pools were in good condition. I wish we could have stayed longer than 3days.

Tuyen was a star in the restaurant and made our stay feel special. The staff were lovely with our children, even though this isn’t really a family hotel, and they helped us find a nanny. We had a great four-night stay at Cross Bali Breakers through a good Luxury Escapes package. The room, food, facilities and service were all excellent, and the mattresses were so comfortable. I also had a wonderful Balinese massage, though one person in our group of 10 didn’t, so it’s worth communicating clearly. We’d absolutely return.

Oka deserves a special mention for his hospitality. He went out of his way to show us around. We loved the modern room and private pool, and the whole property was impeccably clean. Our stay at Cross Bali Breakers was perfect, with wonderful service throughout.

The private pool was a lovely quiet spot right outside my door, though I think it would be even nicer if it were cleaned daily. I had a restful stay at Cross Bali Breakers Villa, with food delivered to my room and other services adding to the comfort. Breakfast was a highlight each morning, with a varied, tasty spread for different preferences. My villa stayed spotless, and the cleaning team paid close attention to detail. Whenever I made a room service request, the staff handled it promptly and professionally. They really went out of their way to look after me. I’d recommend this place to anyone after a peaceful break and good service.
