The receptionists and staff were really helpful. I asked them for help with a few things in my room, and they responded quickly and lent a hand. I stayed one night at Kubu GWK Resort, and the wooden walls made the room feel like home. It had a big double bed, TV, AC, fridge, hair dryer, and more. I slept comfortably.

My Agoda booking was fully confirmed, but shortly before my stay Kubu GWK Resort messaged to say they couldn’t host me because they were “fully booked due to a system error.” I’d already made my travel plans and was left without a place to stay, with only cancellation or rescheduling offered. The hotel made no effort to find a solution. This was completely unacceptable, with poor communication and no respect for paying guests. I strongly advise avoiding this property.

The whole place was very clean, and the restaurant was really good. I also loved relaxing by the pool in the peaceful atmosphere. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I had a great stay!

For our first stop in Bali, this was a really nice experience. It’s a quiet, relaxing place in a handy spot for visiting uluwatu. The staff are kind and polite. I’d recommend it if you want to unwind.

We really loved this place and stayed for two weeks. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. Cleaning was done on time, the pool was clean, and the AC worked well. It was pretty quiet, although the roads nearby were quite busy and could make travel by bike or car difficult. Sometimes there wasn’t enough hot water for a bath.
