The location made things easy, with shops and restaurants across the road and free cultural dance and music shows every night. We spent five nights at Temple Hill Residence at the start of our family holiday in Bali, and loved the whole stay. The staff were attentive, kind and lovely. Each morning they made the breakfast we chose and laid it out on a fully set table at 7am, which was such a treat with little kids. I was celebrating my 40th birthday, so we had the Temple Hill BBQ one evening. The freshly cooked food was delicious, the setting was stunning, and the service was amazing. We also had massages at the villa that were to die for. My mum and aunty stayed in the adjoining two-bedroom villa, which was absolutely luxurious. We'd all go back in a heartbeat.

The pool was big, clean and nice, and the villa's location was fairly good. But there were worms all over the villa, including in the rooms and bathrooms. It was disgusting. An employee also stayed inside the villa all the time, so we had no privacy.

The hotel staff arranged an in-villa massage, and the two therapists arrived 30 minutes later and did a great job. Breakfast was good too, with staff cooking our selections in front of us. We were upgraded on arrival from a two-bedroom villa to a three-bedroom one, which was lovely. The villa itself was beautiful and the staff incredibly friendly. They welcomed us with cold towels, a Bali welcome cake and fresh juice. The pool was amazing, huge, and came with two inflatable rings. There's also a free hotel shuttle to Jimbaran beach. We'd absolutely stay again and recommend it to friends and family.

We booked all seven villas for our wedding guests and had the best stay at Temple Hill Residence Villas. Every villa was huge and amazing, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was prepared and cleared away for us each morning. We also enjoyed the in-villa massage, BBQ and laundry service. Would love to return!

Villa Soma was wonderful for our family, and we stayed there for three days. There's a public beach about a ten-minute walk away with really soft sand. The infinity pool looks straight out at the sunset. Upstairs, the second floor has a large dining room and a patio with a big sea view, while the third floor has a small living area for late-night parties. Three full-time staff looked after the whole villa and did their best to provide whatever we needed. I'd recommend it for a group travelling together.
