The Axara Bali by ARM Hospitality

We spent five days here and the staff were kind and spoke good English, so we didn’t need a translation app. Ainul Yakin was especially lovely, kept our room very clean, and was always ready to help. Kitchen appliances are available to rent for a small daily fee, and there’s a 100,000IDR deposit when you arrive. Our first room developed a leak in the wall after rain. We told the staff, and they sorted it out by moving us to another room quickly and at no extra charge.

I keep coming back because this place has what I need. It’s close to many of my favorite tourist spots, but the atmosphere itself is quiet and peaceful, making it a great place to unwind and relax.

They refused to honor my paid booking, then kept me waiting for several hours. After that, they tried to charge me 500 IRH in person, more than twice. The room they intended to charge that amount for was poorly maintained and had been stripped of everything except towels and bedding, including the kettle. DISHONEST.

Mr. Ridwan was warm and professional, and I really appreciated his hospitality. The hotel was peaceful, clean, and well cared for, with the basic facilities I needed. The internet was reliable and fast, too. I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, well-organized place.
