Villa Ze Mar Luxury 4 bed Canggu 700 meters to beach

The beach is about a 5-7 minute walk away, and there are lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby. The location was easy to find and very accessible. I stayed March 2-4 in a 4-bed dorm, which was clean and well maintained, with clean beds and plenty of space. The washrooms and toilets were clean too, and there were good breakfast options right at the stay. I was very satisfied and would book without a second thought.

The location was great and the room looked modern, but the ants became a serious problem. At first I only noticed one now and then, then I found them everywhere while packing my clothes. I told reception I wanted a refund for my final night and needed to move again. They offered me a massage instead. When I arrived, the lock on the first room they offered was broken. I waited two hours before they decided to move me to another room. I also noticed a mattress on the roof soaking up the sun. Make up your own mind.

The staff are young, fantastic, friendly, and very accommodating. The location is close to the beach, within walking distance, and near restaurants and more. The place is great value, especially for solo travel, and I met some amazing people. The rooms were comfortable, with a safe in each bunk, plugs for charging phones, a small lamp, and space for a backpack. The downside is that the shared bathroom is outside the room in the hallway, and the internet was really bad and slow. The menu is decent and well priced, though the bar could use more life and atmosphere. The place has loads of potential.

For 158k a night, with breakfast included (worth around 55k), and the beach about a 10-minute walk away, it’s definitely worth the price. The 4-bed dorm is a little small, but still good value. The place was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I’d stay again.
