The Jimbaran Beach Villa by Ini Vie Hospitality

The place was so filthy that we couldn’t unpack, and by April 28, management had ignored our refund requests for four days. Instead of relaxing on our long-awaited Bali holiday, we lost time finding and moving to new accommodation. Is clean bedding and basic cleaning too much to ask? I’ve never been treated this way anywhere else, and even hostels are often better than this villa that claims to be 4 stars. Disgusting place! Our problems started with filthy chairs in reception, a pool that looked like a dirty puddle, and dirty towels at check-in that couldn’t be used. The pillowcases, stove, bed frame, dining tablecloth, and empty water dispenser were all incredibly dirty. There was dirt and mold in the wardrobe, kitchen, and pool. The wardrobe doors creaked like in a horror movie, the bedside sockets were loose and crackled with electricity, the couch pillows were torn, and the bathroom had a persistent sewer smell. Even the ceiling lamps looked as if they’d never been cleaned. On April 25, after a day trip, we came back to a leaking pipe under the sink that smelled so bad we couldn’t open the door. The replacement towels were dirty, and the second set was even dirtier. We were told there were no more clean towels and to wait until morning for a shower after travelling all day. Villa #3 was absolutely not as advertised in the booking photos. The Jimbaran Villa is NOT a 4-Star Property.

The floating breakfast was a memorable treat, and it was delicious too. Our private pool villa at The Jimbaran Villa by Ini Vie Hospitality was beautiful, very clean, and set up perfectly for a relaxing getaway. The staff were so friendly and attentive, always ready to help. It’s a peaceful spot in Jimbaran, ideal for couples wanting privacy and comfort. We felt pampered throughout, and everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for a romantic, luxurious villa stay in Bali!

We came for our honeymoon and would happily visit again. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the staff were wonderful, and there was a large bath and an amazing view from the rooftop terrace. Breakfast was okay, not the best, but they made takeaway boxes for us most days because we were busy. The photos show the place accurately, and it’s a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Just be aware that Bali is a developing country, so the roads aren’t perfectly lit. It’s a 15 minute walk to the beach, and the roads need some repair and are quite dark. That didn’t affect us, though it may help explain some of the other reviews mentioning it.

The staff were really nice and doing their best. The pool was dirty, the place is run down and urgently needs renovation, the AC leaks, and breakfast was very bad. The price is crazy compared with other places in Bali.
