The room was the main letdown. It had a strong smell like sewage, and the whole resort and surrounding area felt tired and in need of proper maintenance and a refresh. They only gave us water at check-in, not each day. There were no cups, kettle, or instant coffee. It came across as a very cheap attitude. The location is genuinely great, with a beautiful view close to the ocean and Balangan beach. Staff were friendly and helpful from the start. The clean, fresh pool was nice, and there's a small pool table you can use for free. There's lots of parking, a lawn to play on, and a gate to the beach, about a three-minute walk away. The place has potential, but the rooms and general upkeep need investment. The rest was okay, though it could be cheaper.

It was great value, with a clean, quiet room and lovely, helpful staff. The beach is only a five-minute walk away. Getting to the restaurant area in central Uluwatu takes about 25 minutes by car. Thanks, we had a great stay!

Every team member greeted us with warm smiles and genuine kindness as soon as we arrived. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they made us feel comfortable right away. Throughout the stay, the reception, housekeeping, restaurant, and activity staff were all friendly, attentive, and ready to help.

We picked this hotel on someone's recommendation, and it lived up to it. It's a modest, budget-friendly place with minimal appliances, but the rooms are nice and everything is cleaned daily. Staff were consistently friendly and willing to help. The beach is right nearby, about a five-minute walk, so it's easy to go back and forth from your room. There are lots of food options. Meals cost extra, but they're relatively cheap and portions are good. The pool is nice, with room to dive and swim, and there are affordable massages as well. A surprisingly good choice for the rates.

The staff were always so friendly, and the food was great. It's in a good spot for surfing, too. The bathroom wasn't the best, but considering how cheap it was, it really wasn't a big deal. Perfect stay for the price!
