The room was dirty and smelled bad, and I found stains on the sheets. Breakfast was cold and not good. The reception was awful. One of the women there, Maria or Ria, I can't remember which, was unfriendly and unhelpful. She kept looking at my partner and me like we couldn't afford the stay, LOL, and was on her phone the whole time. It was a really bad experience, especially because of the room and reception staff. Such a scam.

The villa was filthy, with mosquitoes, cockroaches, and spiders and webs in the corners of the walls and in the toilet. The kettles and cups they gave guests hadn't been washed. Breakfast looked appealing but was awful: the drinks were far too sweet, the Indonesian fried rice was bland, the noodles were hard, and the bread was difficult to chew. The place is down a little alley beside a school, with lots of noise and only local homes around. At check-in, nobody offered to help bring our luggage to the counter; they acted as if they hadn't noticed and it wasn't their concern. I strongly advise against staying here for your health, even if the price is low.

The private pool, bathtub, and rooms were all gorgeous, and we really enjoyed the tasty breakfast and dinner. The staff were kind and spoke English. We had an amazing time here. A must-stay.

The villa has everything you need, and the reception team were friendly and helpful. It's in a pleasant local neighborhood, away from the tourist crowds, with the beach and plenty of places to eat within walking distance. I would come back, but wouldn't include breakfast or order food at the villa. Both breakfast and room service arrived cold, and they can only prepare food for one villa at a time. Even if you request a set time, you have to fit around when they're available.
