We booked two nights, but as soon as we arrived the room had a strong cigarette smell. We opened the windows and ran the air conditioner, but after three and a half hours it still smelled just as bad. It was so overpowering that my partner felt nauseous. When we lay down to rest, we realized the smell had soaked into the mattress too, and we couldn't stay there long without feeling like we might throw up. The room was damp, the wall was moldy, and the sheets had several stains. After nearly four hours of trying unsuccessfully to air the room out, we left and asked for a refund. We were told to contact a staff member on WA because she wasn't at the building. She replied an hour later that the landlord said “no refunds”. We got his number from her and contacted him, but heard nothing back even after 24 hours. I'm furious about the experience and how the landlord brushed us off. My partner didn't stay even one night, and with the room in that condition, refusing a refund is ridiculous. He clearly doesn't care about your experience. I wouldn't stay here even if someone paid me to.

For 200k, it was a clean, respectable place and great value. Rent a bike and cook for yourself, and you can get by on 400k a day in a safe place. Or eat at Jimbaran Fishmarket for 500k a day for three people. The staff were awesome and lovely.

The Agoda price was cheap, the room fairly clean, and the service good. But the location is isolated, the TV was off, and the terrace yard was dirty. The garden around the area also needs better maintenance.

GPS made this place a little hard to find the first time because the road was blocked, so we had to go around from the other side to reach the guest house. It's cozy, clean, and affordable, with welcoming staff. It's also near all the tourist sites in Jimbaran.

I’ve stayed here before, and for the price, it’s one of the best-value guest houses I’ve found in Jimbaran 👍
