I had an enjoyable 2-night stay here with my father. It was easy to get in touch and make a request, and they do their best to help as long as it's doable. Thanks, Netral Hotel 😁 I hope we can come back for an Ied vacation.

The room was roomy and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was enough space in both the bedroom and bathroom for 2 people. I slept well on the queen-sized bed with the order-made pillows. The service was nice too. Thanks for the warm hospitality!

The friendly, courteous employees stood out as soon as we walked in, and that includes staff beyond customer service. This place is unlike any hotel I've seen, with lots of tucked-away rooms and a "hanging garden" where you can read in peace. I was surprised it had a gym and an international menu at its resto, too. There are rooms from cheap options for drivers to fairly luxurious family rooms. The photos on the walls make it seem like the hotel has a history, though it's too bad Jombang's Government hasn't recognized that yet.

For one person, you can use your two breakfast coupons for dinner and breakfast. The staff are friendly and the furniture is quite good. I'll definitely come back. Tell the staff you're a salesman to get a discount, not the normal price. You can call to confirm the fixed price.
