There’s no hot water in the shower, and you won’t find food here either, so bring meals from home or get them outside before arriving. The villa sits in a pine forest with cool, fresh air, so there’s no air conditioning. You can use the pool right in front of your room. It’s about 1 km from the main road, and phone reception is very poor, though the room has Wi-Fi. A free gas burner and stove are provided, along with glasses, spoons, dishes, and an aluminium pot for noodles or boiling water. Rooms cost around 300-350rb per night.

The pool, views, cool fresh air, and natural surroundings are real pluses. There’s also a mini kitchen in the room for boiling water, cooking, or making noodles, along with ample parking. With the facilities and setting, it could work well for a large family gathering or an office event. It's in the Wonosalam area, a little tucked away, which also makes it quiet for resting. I booked an air-conditioned room through Traveloka, but was given a room without air conditioning when I arrived. There are both types available, and the rooms are about the same size. I’d suggest booking, paying, and choosing your room in person instead of through the app. It may have been busier in the past, but when I visited, some things had deteriorated. There was moss in the pool and bathroom, and the place felt a bit less clean. That’s a shame. Hopefully management improves things soon so it can be more appealing again.
