Resor Tuban Tropis

The staff were friendly and very helpful, and breakfast tasted good. There weren’t many choices, though I understood that given the price. We booked two Deluxe rooms with a connecting door. Both were clean and spacious, including the bathrooms, with working hot water and a bathtub. There was plenty of storage in the large wardrobe, plus a table and chair. My only room suggestion is to improve the Wi-Fi. The hotel felt cozy and is well located near Boom Beach and Pantai Kelapa. In the evening, lots of street food vendors are nearby. There’s a pool for children and adults, as well as a gym. It was a pleasant stay at Resort Tuban Tropis hotel.

The pool was good, but too small. Food was okay, though the menu didn’t have much variety. As Indonesians, we felt something was missing because the main dishes weren’t Indonesian, with things like spaghetti instead. Maybe that’s because most customers come from outside Indonesia. The room was really good and everything was quite good. This is the best hotel in town, with no competition here. But compared with hotels of the same star level in a big city, something is lacking for the price.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but breakfast had only a few options. The room was a decent size. I didn’t like the lighting, with a white lamp in the bathroom and a yellow one in the bedroom.

Breakfast tasted good and the staff were friendly. The room could use some maintenance, but it’s still good and remains my favorite hotel in Tuban.
