There isn’t much accommodation choice in Kabanjahe, so this might do for a night. The rooms weren’t very clean, and the beds were dirty, with crunchy plastic under the sheets. Two people got just one blanket and one towel. The shower didn’t work, and there was no soap or toilet paper. The staff don’t speak English.

Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. I feel sorry for the staff, since the owners leave them with no resources to deal with a dirty, falling-apart hotel.

The room was cold, had no windows, and was the dirtiest I’ve ever seen. There were no towels or toilet paper, and no hot water. Workers were loud in the morning. I could go on, but the photos will say it all.
