This was a memorable stay, and I can't recommend Brits Resort Lovina highly enough. The whole place feels serene, with a large green compound that's peaceful and ideal for unwinding. It has a lovely old-school resort feel. The resort is a modern tropical hideaway, with traditional Balinese architecture in the shared areas and a more modern look in the rooms. We can't wait to return.

I was here for ten days for work, not a holiday, and had a very good stay at a beautiful resort. Still, some details should be improved for a high-level place like this. We were only given one towel for showering and none for the face, and the bathroom light wasn't bright enough to see well in the mirror when shaving. The door key was difficult to use for both locking and unlocking, and that issue wasn't fixed. At low tide, the beach could use a cleanup, as there was too much garbage. A resort like this should care about keeping the sea clean, and it would also be a good way to teach people how to use the sea.

The cabanas facing the sea were such a relaxing spot to sit and let my imagination wander. I stayed in a junior suite, which had plenty of space. From the moment I arrived at reception, the resort drew me in. The pool, restaurant, comfort, and staff were all excellent.

I wouldn't recommend staying here after the experience we had. The room assigned to us was dirty, neglected, and poorly maintained, with worn furniture and facilities. It looked completely different from the online photos, and the cleanliness was well below basic expectations. For the price, the quality was far below standard. The front office manager was unprofessional and unhelpful from the start, which made the whole stay feel negative. Management and maintenance both need serious improvement.
