The warm colors and elegant Arabian details gave the place the feeling of a Middle Eastern retreat. I loved the atmosphere, and the rooms were excellent. We also got a complimentary family photo session with Loft Moments. The service there was superb and very professional. Great hospitality all around, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Tawangmangu.

I’d always thought villas were the better choice in Tawangmangu because I hadn’t found a hotel that felt special. This was my first hotel stay here, and it changed my mind. The Middle Eastern design has a strong Moroccan feel, and I even dressed to match it. It’s Shariah-compliant and reflects traditional Muslim values, but non-Muslim guests are welcome too. There’s plenty for families, with a playground and pool, and the location is handy for visiting nearby places. The food was great, and the service was next level. They even offer a complimentary photoshoot with framed pictures, which made the stay feel extra special. I’d happily come back 🤍

Comfort at every turn, friendly and accommodating staff, and an affordable price. The food was amazing too, especially the lamb shank. We even had a professional photo taken for free and framed here. Definitely worth a visit in Tawangmangu 😍❤️🥰

Our deluxe room had plenty of space and complete facilities, and the hotel is so photogenic that pictures turn out well anywhere. Breakfast included Indonesian, Middle Eastern, and Western food. What stood out most, though, was the staff. They kept smiling and greeting us whenever we passed. We had a great stay at Anaya Azana and would love to visit again.

The room was clean and breakfast was good. We also got a complimentary photoshoot, with the picture printed and framed. A special thank you to Ms. Nana at Front Desk. She was still a trainee, but gave service that went beyond what I expected. I’d definitely recommend staying here in Tawangmangu.
