Ayom Java Village

The rooms were tidy and very clean, and the hotel itself is beautiful. Children may enjoy the swimming pool, though they still need supervision because the kids’ area isn’t clearly separated from the adult pool. The staff were friendly and quick to respond. We’ll definitely return for another vacation.

It’s peaceful and quiet, with very friendly staff and great service. We enjoyed the Indonesian food at the restaurant and the breakfast selection too. Since we stayed several nights, we got to try different breakfast menus. The hotel is close to the airport, but a bit far from the city centre.

We had a romantic dinner set up in our private villa and a floating breakfast the next morning, which was so much fun. The honeymoon package also included flowery decorations, a welcome slice of cake, and a rose bouquet. Everything we needed was just one call away, and the staff brought it right to our door, even in the rain. They were friendly and made our honeymoon stay at Ayom Java Villa Solo feel really special. Such a cozy, memorable getaway 🙌💐

The food was heavenly. Try the mutiara dessert and nasi goreng, and the juices are freshly made from real fruit, not concentrate. Having food served floating in the pool made it even better. The villa is really private, with your own pool, a spacious room, and enough distance between each room and the lobby that you don’t hear noise or disturbance. It’s a peaceful place, a bit far from Solo city centre. The staff were lovely and helpful. Soon after we checked in, they asked if everything was okay. We mentioned water all over the bathroom floor, and they came right away to check and fix it. One downside is that the floor can be slippery, and there’s a small step down into the bathroom, so be careful. We didn’t get the complimentary jamu, perhaps because we checked in around 5pm. I’d also suggest putting a mirror in the bedroom, not only the bathroom. Still, I’m very satisfied. Under 1 mio per night feels like a bargain, and I’d definitely visit again if I’m back in Solo.
