I stayed for three days and the cleaning staff made up the room every day. I loved the room, and the location in central Surabaya is handy, near Royal Plaza. I’d definitely stay there again when I visit Surabaya.

The deluxe room had an apartment-like layout and was quite nice in that respect. Room 206 had two rooms inside. But it wasn’t clean: there was mold, dust, and dampness, and the bed had lots of stains. The TV remote had no batteries and there was no AC remote. The staff on duty were careless and seemed really lazy. The AC did cool well, but the refrigerator was full of animal dirt and wasn’t fit to use. The water was cloudy at first, though it eventually cleared up. The rooms really need regular maintenance. We couldn’t cancel, but once was enough for me. Sorry, I can’t recommend it.
