The balcony was so dirty that I couldn't use it to relax. Maintenance really needs attention. The building itself is quite nice for a family stay, with adequate facilities at an affordable price. The AC wasn't very cool, the roof leaked, and the lights were too dim.

If the ownership has changed, why is the listing still active in the app? I can't get a refund. If the place is closed, please take the listing down too.

The room was spacious and clean, with AC, hot water, mineral water, and toiletries. It was really great, even better than I expected. Highly recommended. Wishing the owner good luck.

This was really disappointing. I booked well in advance, but the reservation was canceled for “operational issues.” Now I'm left trying to find another hotel for my graduation.
