The basic facilities were disappointing. The TV remote was broken, so I had to use my phone to change channels, and the AC was leaking. Paint was coming off the walls too. 😂🤣 I’ve been to Laguna many times, which made this visit even more disappointing. They charged me again when I arrived, saying the price I'd paid didn't apply because it was the weekend. The amount wasn't the issue, but the way it was handled left me feeling ripped off. I'd look for somewhere else. Stay away.

They charge 270k for a full weekend day, and I don't think it's worth it. The sheets they provided were torn and smelled bad, while the TV and remote were difficult to operate. At the very least, they should use fresh sheets. Think twice before checking in.

FOR WHATEVER REASON, NOBODY WOULD COME TO KSNII. THE ROOMS ARE DIRTY, THE SERVICE IS SLOW, AND THE RED DORS ARE REALLY CLEAN. IT REALLY GETS MY BLOOD BOILING.

The AC wouldn't cool the room, so it was too hot, and the room I got didn't match my order. When we complained, no one responded. They said service was available until 1 am, but by 8 am there was still no service, so we moved hotels. If you haven't stayed here yet, think twice. There are plenty of other hotels, and you'll be disappointed.
