There was a bed, AC, and toilet, and little else. Booking through the app was no use: at check-in, they said its listed price was wrong and made me pay extra to stay.

The facilities were poor, with no drinking water available, and the Wi-Fi wouldn't connect. The AC wasn't cold enough, either. The price was far too high for this hotel's class, and there were too many rules. The app price seems to be changed manually because they say it's too cheap. The service was bad. If these issues are fixed, we'll help raise the rating, but at this price it's a shame.

I booked on Agoda for 118,000, but when I arrived to check in, the receptionist said the app price was different and the room cost 150k. They asked for another 50k, plus a 100k deposit. The deposit is understandable, but please raise the issue with the hotel manager so the app price can be updated.

Oyo is a mess. Don't trust the prices on its app, because there's always an extra charge of around 200 thousand. Why not say that upfront? I felt like I'd fallen into a Batman trap. I wouldn't use Oyo again.

I was told the extra 30,000 and 100,000 deposit were management policy, on top of the 142,000 price shown in the OYO app. I'm fed up and won't stay here again. It's also a long way to go for food.
