I'd already booked, then suddenly the hotel wasn't available. Customer service couldn't be reached either. Such a shame.

I paid in the app, then found out it was actually a boarding house. My money went to waste. I hope it becomes a blessing.

Poor management and a fake hotel. If it's no longer operating, it shouldn't still show up on the hotel list. Very disappointed.

The staff weren't friendly. The AC didn't cool the room, the bathroom was dirty, and mosquitoes were everywhere.

The receptionist was rude and swore at me.
