Breakfast was great, with lots of different foods and really good coffee. The restaurant staff were lovely and helpful. Check-in and check-out were very quick, and the team gave me advance notice about room availability. Everyone I met was friendly, helpful, and always greeted guests. Most of the staff called me by name, which felt professional and made me comfortable. Big thanks to mbak Dinda, mbak Fanny, mas Nando, mas Virgo, and the new female F. O staff for making the process so fast.

The staff were very helpful, and the hotel is right in the city center. My room was actually large, though it looked a bit old fashioned. The refrigerator also had a problem during my stay.

The food was delicious and the service very friendly. It's an old hotel in Surabaya, but I had the best room with a city view. Thanks, Fany, Dinda, Tasya, Virgo, Nando.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was quite satisfied with the stay. Breakfast could use more choices, and the road outside was a bit noisy, though it didn't bother me much. Some room updates would help. The TV could be replaced with a smart TV that has Netflix, Disney+, and similar services, and there should be more charging plugs on both sides of the beds. Still, it's a great place to stay, and I'd recommend it.

Breakfast met the standard, and the price was okay. The building is on the older side but maintained pretty well, and the location is good.
