I’ve stayed here for almost two years, and this is specifically about the internet. The provider has been terrible. It took months to bring in a new vendor, and switching also meant paying the installation fee again. When there’s a problem after 6 p.m., management won’t act, and even midday responses can be slow. As someone who works for a corporation, it’s really frustrating to get disconnected during an important call or be unable to watch a decent movie at night. The phone signal in the tower isn’t good either. If you work from home or rely heavily on the internet for things like Netflix, YouTube, or TikTok, I’d suggest staying somewhere else. I’ve raised this with management several times and nothing has improved. I’m sharing this so others don’t run into the same problems.
