I made the booking a few days earlier and expected to be able to check in. But the hotel told me the room I’d booked the day before was no longer affiliated with Oyo. The owner just told me to contact the app. It doesn’t feel trustworthy at all, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

There was no response from staff when I rang the bell, and there seemed to be no service at all. If check-in isn’t possible after midnight, they should notify people or return the money. This was really bad.

I had to buy my own drinking water because none was provided. The bathroom was small, but the water pressure was really strong, which was great. Checkout was at 1:00.

After I paid and got to the property, they told me they no longer worked with Oyo. Then they asked me to pay another 150,000 Rupiah. A really bad experience.
