I've stayed here twice through ag**a, and the room assignment was different each time. On my first visit, I had a nice second-floor room with a balcony, although its door lock was a bit troublesome. The second time I was put in a small, narrow room downstairs with a big gap in the door, so I had to close it as well. 🤦‍♂️ When I asked why I got a lower room instead of one upstairs again, they said it was still a promotion and I'd have to pay more to move to the second floor. I was disappointed because I wanted an upstairs room again. The app should let you choose whether you want a regular or premium room.

I paid 124k through the Agoda app, so why did they charge me another 32 thousand at check-in? They had a discount on Agoda and used a coupon, which made the price cheap, but then collected more money when I arrived. 🤔 The app payment should be the net price. If there's still another 32 thousand to pay, they may as well not work with the app.

I paid for my Agoda booking already, so all I needed to do was check in and get the room. Then they asked me for more money when I arrived. Isn't that strange?

For an affordable rate, this is a good hotel and worth the price. There's free Wi-Fi, a TV, and AC, plus a stove upstairs if you want to cook. The receptionist isn't always at the hotel, but is friendly. Just be aware that the AC in Room 7 isn't very cold.
