The location right on the seafront is fantastic, and the rooms are spacious with really good air-conditioning. Service was good too. I found the stay surprisingly comfortable, especially for a hotel rated only two stars.

The dining room has a view of the surrounding scenery, though the landscape itself wasn't that good. Food was OK, with meals, bread, fruit, and porridge. For a stopover while travelling, the hotel is a nice place to stay. My room was about 4*4, with an ensuite bathroom, good AC, and warm water. It was tidy and clean.

The rooms have no windows and are spacious enough, so keep that in mind if windowless rooms bother you. Cleanliness was average, and there was no Wi-Fi in my room, specifically room 209. Breakfast was OK, with local food, plus plain bread and a toaster. Drinks were either orange juice or water.

The parking area fits only about 4 to 5 cars, and the bathroom doors don't lock. At breakfast, the omelet chef seemed likely to forget you'd ordered one. Still, it was good enough for a place to rest after a full day of work.

There are good places to eat nearby that you can walk to, and the hotel is right across from a clean blue beach. The hotel is clean, the staff are helpful, the breakfast is pretty good, and the bathroom amenities are complete. Considering it's a 4hr drive from Makassar, I'd totally recommend it. This was my third stay here.
