It was the cheapest place in the area during Tahun Baru, but still too expensive for what guests get. There was no towel rack, towels weren't replaced unless requested, the floors were dirty and only mopped on request, and the bed linen was stained with no fresh bedding unless asked for. Many important fixtures were broken, the toilet rocked, and the shower only had hot water until 0500hrs. The public areas were cluttered with broken furniture, unwashed towels, and trash. Towels were being dried on the stair rails on the 3rd and 4th floors. The hotel needs renovation, and the staff need training. If it's profitable, it isn't because of good management, and guests are paying for it. Anyone running a hotel should make guests want to come back. I strongly recommend management attend some kind of hospitality school to learn the business.

It's easy to find, fairly well located near utility stores and Trans Jogja stops, and reachable by car along several routes. The area is quiet. The receptionist I met was friendly and informative, and the rates are average for this class of place. There are rooms for three adults with one double bed and one single. The main drawback is the limited parking.

The twin room was on the small side, but the place was quite nice. The hot water shower worked well, and breakfast was included. It's close to lots of places, including Malioboro Mall and de Mata eye trick.

The hotel is cozy, private, and has a few room types, including regular, airy, and zen rooms. It’s also conveniently close to the city and Malioboro. One thing that was rough: the lift was switched off in the afternoon, so I had to take the stairs to the 4th floor.

The place was dirty and the room was small. The receptionist was rude, unfriendly, and no help at all, and asked for a high deposit at check-in. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, and I won’t be back.
