There are three separate rooms in the villa, plus a small pool, and the place was clean with very good hospitality. It's in Ubud, near many tourist attractions, though cafés and restaurants are limited, with just a few around. Bring bug repellent because you'll encounter bugs. We had a good stay among the Balinese surroundings.

The place itself is nice, and our first contact with the host went well. After that, though, the water was a constant problem. We had to ask him to turn it on each time, and often he couldn't be reached, leaving us without water overnight. My husband was sick during our stay, so not being able to flush the toilet or shower was especially difficult. When he tried to speak to the host, the host would be gone or brush him off. Once, he took a call, spoke to someone, then walked away. We chose the place because it had a bathtub, but the hot water only worked in the shower when the water was available, not in the tub, which made having one feel pointless. The place was also dirty, and on our last morning my breakfast fork had sand and hair on it. There are many guest houses in the area with more welcoming hosts. We definitely wouldn't recommend this one.

Our host Budiarta was so helpful and accommodating. We had a great time at this quiet, clean villa, and I'd highly recommend it if you're after a peaceful getaway in Ubud.

We really enjoyed the pool, and the villas were roomy and comfortable. Budi, the host, is absolutely lovely. The setting is quiet and surrounded by nature. We'd definitely recommend it!

The owner was so friendly, breakfast was nice, and I really enjoyed my three days here. Getting to central Ubud takes 15-20 minutes by scooter. Awesome place to stay.
