The place felt cool and comfortable, and tucked away enough that the nearby mosque and market didn't make it noisy. The rooms have a classic, palace-like style, with friendly service and a large bathroom with hot water. God willing, I'll be satisfied staying here during Ramadan, while stopping over on the way from Cikarang to Purworejo.

I left without staying, even though the location is very convenient and I liked the building concept. I arrived at 7:00 PM to find the room not ready. The receptionist didn't know about my Traveloka booking and asked me to show transfer proof. I went to the nearest Indomaret while they cleaned. About 15 minutes later, staff were sitting in the room, but there were still no sheets or pillows and the floor hadn't been swept, so I had to wait again. They brought just one pillow. There was a frog on top of the toilet. When I told a staff member, he checked the bathroom and said there wasn't one. The AC also wouldn't turn on, and staff seemed confused when I asked. I asked about another room and was told the next one was empty, but they couldn't find its key. They then suggested another room, which had a leaking ceiling, rainwater on the floor, and was still a mess. Staff were very unprofessional and said cleaning hadn't been done because another employee was on leave. I was so annoyed and confused that I left right away. I don't have photos. I hope management addresses this feedback. If you're looking for a place around Sukorejo, Kendal, consider Amaya Homestay or Homestay Rinda. They don't have app booking, but they're much better, and I hope you don't have the same bad experience I did.

There were ants all over the dirty room, and the hot water didn't work.

I wasn't planning to review, but I'm really annoyed by how strange the service was. I had paid through Traveloka, yet at reception they said nobody under my name had checked in and that they didn't take online bookings. They also quoted 250,000 as the actual price, while the app showed 164,204. They eventually handed me a key, but it was for a twin room, not the deluxe room I'd booked. I was sick and didn't have the energy to argue. The room wasn't ready either, with no pillows and no sweeping done. I've since seen lots of Google Maps reviews describing the same thing. I'm speaking up here again, not to put anyone down. It's a shame because the building concept and room condition are really good, but so many odd things happened. I hope the hotel improves.
