I was here for a work event, and it felt like a very basic hotel. The breakfast buffet was disappointing, especially the fruit shown in the photos. My shower had very weak water pressure, and the pillow was lumpy. Its cover was dirty and torn. There are quite a few things that need improving.

We were traveling with friends and stayed three nights in April 2018, booking two rooms with three beds in each. The rooms were clean, and the price was reasonable. Breakfast didn't offer many choices, but it was fine if you're not bothered by that.

The rooms had big windows, and from the third floor I could watch the sun go down. I also liked the glamorous look of the exterior and interior. The food was bland to me on each stay, and deluxe rooms had no coolbox. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and its floor stayed slippery even after housekeeping had cleaned. Smoke smell throughout the rooms and corridors was irritating, and clung to my clothes.

The power cut out suddenly for about five minutes around 10 am on 26 Oct 2023. The room was also very hot because the air conditioner wasn't working properly, so I couldn't sleep.

Right in central Kendari bay, this is a convenient place to stay with a decent amount of room space, and the price isn't too high. Breakfast is pretty standard, nothing much to say. Same Boutique Hotel near the Citraland areas is another good option in their chain. Recommended.
