We stayed one night with five people, then asked to move because we didn't like the villa and didn't feel comfortable there. It looked very run down in person compared with the photos, with mould in many places and a lot of weathering. There was construction right next door, and the workers could easily look over at us. They also made noise on purpose while watching us. Betterplace did an amazing job finding us somewhere else, and I can praise their customer service. I hope Villa Flores gets a proper makeover.
