Avrora Villa

We all enjoyed our stay here. The villa was clean, cozy, and in excellent condition. I was especially glad there was a full bathtub in the bathroom. I stayed with my wife and our two children, and for the price and quality, this was an ideal place.

The kind maid was a bright spot, but the cleanliness, especially with mould all over the place, wasn't up to standard. The pool was green when we arrived. They fixed that after a few days, though it was still unpleasant given the price and the villa's supposed rating. There were paint chips across the floor and in the pool, and the wooden deck was splintered, broken, and rotting in several spots. The beds felt harder than concrete, and the linen was stained and dated. The photos and other reviews had us expecting much more, and now we assume those reviews were fake. I can imagine it was lovely when first built, but I'd suggest looking at nearby properties instead.

The maid was very friendly and stayed out of the way, and the in-villa breakfasts we had on two mornings were amazing. Widi, the villa manager, was easy to reach on Whatsapp and responsive. The villa was super clean, impressive, and had lots of space, though it could use a bit of freshening up. There's a handful of restaurants and convenience stores just a two-minute walk away. Taxis into central Seminyak were easy to get and cost around 18,000rp. On our first night we had ACK fried chicken, which we thought was better than KFC, for 17,000rp a meal. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

It was comfortable, with good wireless and plenty of room for a large group. The main areas aren't exactly nearby, though transport is available.
