The villa looks lovely and seems fairly new, with a nice pool and terrace. The kitchen was equipped, drinking water was provided, and the cleaning staff were very friendly. But I couldn't properly relax there. The bedrooms were extremely noisy, especially at night. It seemed like a construction issue that made outside sounds echo inside, while the open area was quieter. Street noise kept me from sleeping through the night, and the ongoing construction added even more noise. I also missed having privacy, which is why I book a villa rather than a hotel. The cleaning team did a good job, but they spent around 2-3 hours there in the morning, and I felt uncomfortable. The manager and his team also came by often without arranging appointments. It's a nice place to spend the day by the pool, but not for a peaceful stay with proper sleep and plenty of privacy. We stayed at Villa Kevin, which shares an entrance with Club Residence Canggu. I'm not sure how the villas on the property are connected, so I hope this review is posted on the right page.

There are good options nearby for daily shows ($$), and the entrance is shared and staffed by guards. Each house has just one parking space, with no extra parking for guests. Some of the houses could use renovation, though overall it's a good place for a stay at a superior level. It's right in the middle of a very touristy hotspot, so it isn't for anyone looking for calm, quiet Bali.
My travel date was getting close, but they used up a whole day of my time. I tried booking through Agoda, where the hotel apparently had to accept the request manually. Almost all of the 24-hour limit had passed and it still hadn't been accepted, so I had to find out who was operating the villa myself. I called the PIC and he didn't answer. I called another PIC, only to be told the villa wasn't available. If this is how they handle a booking, imagine how you'd be treated after staying and paying, with no refund. Good luck with the villa.
There's plenty of room in our villa, and it looks nice. The location is great too.
The security guard with tattoos wasn't friendly. Bad security, and I won't go back.
