I live long term in cozy umalas, and it's handy to have a washing machine and drinking water provided. Shinta, Wayan, Constantine, and komang are a nice team. They clean the room carefully and send someone to fix anything that comes up right away. Highly recommended.

We booked through booking.com, but they cancelled and said there was no room for us. They won't hold a room whether you book directly or through a third party. We were left outside at 8 pm with nowhere to stay. Do not book.

I know the basics from working in hotels, and guests shouldn't have to hear the kind of explanation they gave me. You can't approve an extension if the room is already sold. I know a guest house isn't the same as a hotel, but if you want to grow the business, you need to take responsibility. My friend booked our stay, and I reconfirmed it with the property. The +1 number took a long time to answer, then told me to contact other numbers. The next day, someone texted to say they'd cancelled our booking because another guest had extended their stay, but they'd asked the online travel agent to reschedule ours. In the end, they stopped replying to my messages, and everything was handled by customer service at tiket.com.

The rooms were good, the location was convenient and quiet, and the price was very good. There's a washing machine and a large pool, and the staff were responsive, always smiling, and did a great job cleaning. It's the best hotel I've stayed at in Bali. I'll recommend it to all my friends.
