The receptionist wasn't clear about the price, and it felt like they were manipulating customers. They charged me twice instead of once, then promised to refund the full amount in the morning when I checked out. After my transport arrived, they said accounting wasn't there and gave me some excuse. I don't recommend this kind of hotel, they can ruin your holiday.

The bathroom was awful. It smelled like a sewage plant, the walls had mould, and flies were everywhere. After the first day I started feeling physically sick. The bum gun was so dirty that I’m worried I may have an infection down there now. There’s no bathroom window, and the fan is full of mould and doesn’t clear the moisture properly. The room itself is nice enough, with a desk and chair, good internet, and a decent TV with an Android box. But the smell is unbelievably bad. It takes a seriously poor cleaning crew to let things get this dirty. This place could be great, but poor management and cleaning have turned it into another run-down, cheap motel.

I was supposed to stay for over three weeks, but left just after one. When I arrived, a full construction crew was doing major renovations inside and outside. The pool looked dirty, and room 5 had ants and mosquitoes everywhere. Nothing felt clean or as described. They only cleaned when I arrived and then again seven days later.

The staff are friendly, and the rooms are quite large compared with others, with enough table space for a laptop. But the room condition was poor: it smelled, was dirty, and shower water splashed around. The team didn't change the sheets or clean the room unless I asked. I tried to extend my stay for a few days because I hadn't found another good option, but the reservation team wasn't responsive either.
