The room was spacious and comfortable, the pool was enjoyable and well maintained, and breakfast was a highlight. But I paid around 3,000,000 IDR to upgrade for a three-night, four-day stay, and the problems made it stressful rather than relaxing. For the first two days there was no hot water, and I nearly caught a cold. After it was fixed, the water pressure was still extremely weak. Construction noise from the neighboring room began at 8am each morning, so resting or sleeping in wasn’t possible. Each time the room was cleaned, the ceiling light and TV power were cut off, and I had to call staff repeatedly to get those basic things working again. That was frustrating. Given the upgrade cost, I expected a much higher standard. I feel some special consideration or compensation should be offered. Otherwise, it’s hard to recommend this place.

We spent three days and two nights at Javana Royal Villas and mostly just relaxed in the villa. It was very comfortable and spacious, around 240 sqm, with a large private pool. I hadn’t expected every room to be a private pool villa. The location in Seminyak is super strategic, and it was handy to have in-room dining and breakfast available. All the staff were friendly, and having an active Netflix account ready to use was a big plus. Such a relaxing stay. I’ll definitely be back!

The team made our family feel comfortable and cared for, especially when it came to our daughter. They were warm and attentive, and thought of every detail without making any request feel like a bother. That gave us a chance to relax and enjoy the holiday. The villa was beautiful, private, and luxurious, a real sanctuary. We left with wonderful memories and so much gratitude for the hospitality. Javana Royal Villas is more than a beautiful place to stay, and we can’t wait to return.

I loved staying here. The rooms were stunning, the service excellent, and the food was good. I mostly stayed in the villa because the area outside was hectic and the traffic unbearable, though that isn’t the hotel’s fault. The room was fairly quiet overall. Sometimes I could hear outside noise, but it wasn’t too loud considering the area.

The rooms were really bad, and when there was an issue, there was no customer service at all. They also tried to take a bond and keep money. I wouldn't recommend staying here. I've never had such a shocking stay in Bali, and there are so many better places.
