The food and surroundings were clean, there weren’t many insects, and getting into the city by bike was convenient. The staff, food and environment were all great, and the service was superb, 100/10. I’ve never had such excellent service anywhere. They made us feel like royalty, and special thanks to all the staff who made the trip so great. It felt like a second honeymoon. Love, love, love! We’ll definitely come back if we’re in the area.

The room was gorgeous, clean and comfortable, and the location made getting around easy while keeping us away from the noise of the center. The service is what really won us over, though. When construction got loud in our first room, the staff kindly helped us move and even treated us to dinner. For my husband's birthday, they decorated the room and came in to sing to him themselves. My husband and I are definitely making this a regular spot.

We loved the calm atmosphere and how kind everyone at the hotel was. The food was delicious, and the room was beautiful, spotless, and really comfortable, with just the right feel for a romantic getaway. Staff made us feel welcome and special from start to finish. They made our honeymoon in Bali unforgettable. We'd happily recommend it to couples looking for a relaxing stay, and hope to return one day.

We keep coming back, and this time the hotel was our last stop before flying home. Breakfast was nice as usual, and Theresia made everything feel welcoming: she showed us to our room and took care of our breakfast orders and spa booking. The receptionist was very professional and escorted us straight to the room. Compared with our visit a year ago, the water dispenser had been upgraded, though it was awkward to use. That didn't have a big effect on our stay.

A stylish, cozy villa with its own pool and a lovely quiet feel. The outdoor lounge makes it feel like a little oasis. Everything was clean and well kept, just right for a relaxing Bali stay. I'd definitely recommend it! ✨🌿
