Saba Villa

The manager was always available, and the team was very accommodating. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good. A really great experience, absolutely recommend!

We finally got to stay at Saba Villas after nearly three years of waiting because of a Covid reschedule, and it was worth it. There were four of us, and from the moment we arrived the villa felt beautiful and peaceful. The photos don’t really capture it. We stayed in Yidhistira. The bedrooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, a comfortable place to come back to after exploring. The indoor-outdoor bathrooms were a treat, especially showering with the rain falling just beside us. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a water cooler and ice maker, and the dining area was huge. We spent hours in the large outdoor space, lounging in the pavilion, having cocktails, listening to music on the in-house JBL, and cooling off in the huge private pool. The gardens, lawn, and pool were maintained daily and discreetly. Made and his team were always friendly and ready to help. They gave us useful tips for local places and restaurants, and the in-house chefs made delicious meals. The breakfast options suited us perfectly. We had a small hiccup, and the team went out of their way to sort it out, even after we’d left. The service from Ross and Andy at the start through to all the staff was outstanding. The villa is in a quieter part of Canggu, so it felt private and peaceful, but it was only a short drive to the town’s restaurants, trendy shops, local wares, cafés, beach clubs, and bars. There are no footpaths nearby, but we often walked and had no problems. A supermarket a couple of doors down and an ATM were handy, especially at the start of the day. Our stay was an unforgettable, luxurious break and surpassed our expectations. We can’t wait to return, and would highly recommend Saba Villas to anyone looking for an indulgent retreat in Bali.

This is our fifth stay at Saba Villas, and we’ll be back again. The villas are spacious, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed, and the staff are kind and attentive. We love the extras, from breakfast and room service to the local driver and access to Finns. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby too. Highly recommend!

The included access to Finns Beach Club and Finn's recreation was a real bonus. The kids could go to Bounce and Splash Park for a change of scene, while the adults enjoyed the gym at Finn's rec and a cocktail at the beach club. We stayed for a week with our two young children in the Yudshitria villa, and our friends were in the connected Bima villa. It worked so well: each family had its own space, and there was plenty of grass for the kids to play. The villas are lovely, with roomy outdoor bathrooms. Made, Mojito, and the rest of the team were fantastic. They helped arrange cots, bottles, and wipes, which made our first family holiday easy and enjoyable. The rooms and grounds were cleaned several times a day. The food from the Singing Chef was delicious and healthy, and they were happy to accommodate our requests. We’ll definitely be back next year.
